What happens when a group of strangers chooses to be vulnerable with one another?

The Unsaid Release is the first of many Unsaid Ritual experiences, bringing together people who may or may not know each other for an afternoon of movement, reflection and honest conversation.

At its heart, it is an opportunity to practise courage through vulnerability.

The experience begins with gentle guided movement led by Olivia, helping you reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system before moving into a guided journey through The Unsaid card deck.

Through meaningful prompts, reflection and conversation, we'll explore the things we often leave unsaid, notice emotional patterns, gain clarity and experience what can happen when we allow ourselves to be genuinely seen by others.

Come alone or come with someone you know. You don't need to share anything you aren't comfortable sharing. Simply arrive curious and open to the experience.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, at a crossroads, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself and others, The Unsaid Release is a space to slow down, get out of your head and leave feeling a little more grounded, connected and courageous.

Arrival from 2:00pm. The 90-minute guided experience begins promptly at 2:30pm.
