The Why
The Unsaid was created during a period of burnout, misalignment, and finally learning how to listen to myself instead of overriding what my body already knew.
For a long time, something felt off, but I stayed stuck in cycles of overworking, self-doubt, gaslighting, and convincing myself that if I just pushed harder, things would eventually work out. Deep down, I saw the signs early on, but ignored them in favour of potential, loyalty, and hope.
Then everything collapsed within days.
Looking back now, thank god it did, because what followed was freedom, clarity, peace, and a regulated nervous system for the first time in years.
Whilst on my first real vacation in six years, sitting under a tree in Lisbon, I finally said everything out loud, every thought and truth I had been suppressing internally. Once I admitted it to myself, I couldn’t unsee it.
That experience changed the way I view honesty, intuition, patterns, and the body’s ability to recognise misalignment long before the mind catches up.
And so one day, whilst having drinks with my good friend Sarah, the idea of The Unsaid was born. From her incredible ability to see all of my skills clearly, she encouraged me to create something that could help others who may have experienced the same thing.
The Unsaid became that practice.
The Mirror asks the hard questions.
The Omen highlights patterns and symbolic reflection.
The Ground reconnects you back to your body through somatic regulation practices.
Together, they create a space for honesty, awareness, nervous system regulation, and the conversations we often avoid having with ourselves.
This is not about having all the answers. It’s about becoming honest enough to stop ignoring what you already know.
